Introduction of RPET spunbond fabric

Rpet is a new kind of environmentally friendly recycled fabric, which is different from ordinary polyester yarn, and can be regarded as a second use.  

It is mainly made of recycled Coke bottles and plastic bottles. Its recycled material can be recycled into PET fiber, which reduces waste pollution and is very popular in many countries.  Its price is a bit higher than PP nonwoven fabric price

PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is initially refined in petroleum, through special processing, elongated wire (wire thickness between 2 and 3mm) has machine cut into about 3 to 4mm size particles, this is called PET particles it is used for all kinds of processing finished chemical fiber raw materials

The yarn of RPET Spunbonded Polyester fabric is extracted from discarded mineral water bottles and cola bottles. It is reused and in line with the concept of sustainable development, which is conducive to reducing the generation of waste and better protecting the environment.  

2. Reduce air pollution and save resources  

As we all know, the yarn of ordinary polyester fabric is extracted from petroleum, while the yarn of RPET fabric is extracted from bottles. Recycled PET yarn can reduce the amount of oil used, and each ton of finished PET yarn can save 6 tons of oil, making a certain contribution to reducing air pollution and controlling the greenhouse effect.  A plastic bottle (600cc) = 25.2g carbon savings = 0.52cc fuel savings = 88.6cc water savings.
